Eligibility:

  • Non-profit 501c(3) organization in good standing with a mission similar to 14th Hour Foundation
  • Provide support for one or more of the following:
  • Current or former U.S. Military or their immediate family, Current or former First Responders (LEO, Fire, EMT) or their immediate family
  • Provide assistance with one or more of the following:
  • Monetary disbursements, scholarship programs, health & wellness events, outreach programs, retreats, family support, adapted homes or equipment, mental health care, service dogs, career resources
  • Funds requested are allocated for an existing program, event, individual or family

Guidelines:

  • Application and all required supporting documents must be submitted to be considered
  • If approved, monetary disbursements will be paid directly to the 501c(3)
  • Application and disbursement process will take place quarterly
  • A maximum of four 501c(3) grant disbursements will be made each quarter

Required Documents:

  • Federal tax exemption letter for the 501c(3)
  • Financials for the most recent fiscal year
  • Copy of the organization’s mission/vision
