Eligibility:
- Non-profit 501c(3) organization in good standing with a mission similar to 14th Hour Foundation
- Provide support for one or more of the following:
- Current or former U.S. Military or their immediate family, Current or former First Responders (LEO, Fire, EMT) or their immediate family
- Provide assistance with one or more of the following:
- Monetary disbursements, scholarship programs, health & wellness events, outreach programs, retreats, family support, adapted homes or equipment, mental health care, service dogs, career resources
- Funds requested are allocated for an existing program, event, individual or family
Guidelines:
- Application and all required supporting documents must be submitted to be considered
- If approved, monetary disbursements will be paid directly to the 501c(3)
- Application and disbursement process will take place quarterly
- A maximum of four 501c(3) grant disbursements will be made each quarter
Required Documents:
- Federal tax exemption letter for the 501c(3)
- Financials for the most recent fiscal year
- Copy of the organization’s mission/vision
